 Adding fruits and vegetables to kid’s diet helps them grow strong. I’m happy that my kid loves eating veggies now. I had to struggle while he was little as he was a poor eater. Used to visit blogs and try to get him to eat veggies. Learnt a lot abt presentation, plating, healthy cooking and making food appealing to kids in my quest. If your child doesnt like eating veggies ( as most children), try to make food more interesting for him or her. Got this tip from a parent in y child's class @ Orchids International.

 nothing is wrong with raw beetroots. i also eat raw like a carrots and it is better than cooked. there is not proven fact about raw beetroot causing kidney stone.
